Job Title">

The objective of this role is to lead a team of Financial Advisors and drive business growth through effective recruitment, training, and development.

  • Lead the recruitment process for Financial Advisors and oversee their onboarding.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills among the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve agent performance.
  • Identify and address any skill gaps within the team and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Collaborate with agents to set and achieve sales targets, as well as review and adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with the management team to align business goals and objectives with overall company strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in BFSI, Pharma, telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, or FMCG sectors.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
