Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.

  • Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications.
  • Provide support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Manage multiple cases at one time.
  • Test and evaluate new releases.
  • Propose new ideas and out-of-the-box solutions for a smooth operational process.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Experience with tech support for a web-based business application along with a Mobile interface.
  • Working knowledge of Linux, Java, JavaScript (React), MySQL, and AWS.
  • Proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Experience in ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
