Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team.

This role involves shaping the success of our organization by managing human resources and administrative operations. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workplace culture while ensuring smooth HR processes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Source and hire candidates through various job portals, build talent pipelines for roles in operations, sales, marketing, warehouse, tech, and support, manage the full recruitment cycle—screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Employee Management & Engagement: Supervise, guide, and motivate employees across multiple locations, monitor employee performance and implement improvement strategies, promote a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Handle salary negotiations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation, ensure compliance with labor laws, develop and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Serve as a communication bridge between management and employees, drive HR initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction, organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive (eCommerce or Online Retail preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms.
  • Proven skills in recruitment, staff management, and salary negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management abilities.
  • Ability to motivate teams, maintain confidentiality, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
