We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Assessment Specialist to join our team. This role combines AI-driven innovation with psychometric expertise to design and improve our assessment tools, while supporting our consulting projects for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Implementation:

    ">
    • Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.
    • Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages and collaborate in reviewing translations and maintaining the translation database.
    • Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.
    • Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.

  • Psihometric Tool Development:

    • Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement.
    • Create innovative test items for specialised evaluations.
    • Manage R&D Projects using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to plan, track, and deliver project requirements on schedule.

  • Consulting & Client Support:

    ">
    • Collaborate with consultants to develop tailored solutions such as customised assessments and personalised reports.
    • Produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for customised tools.

Profile Requirements:

  • MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field.
  • First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.
  • Excellent English communication.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
