
Assess and Manage Vehicle Damage Claims

Job Title:
A Vehicle Damage Coordinator role has become available for a skilled individual to assess and manage vehicle damage claims effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage and document repair needs accurately
- Develop strong knowledge of vehicle components including quarter panels, rear wheel arches, bumpers, and more
- Communicate professionally with onsite teams, repairers, and insurance providers to ensure smooth claim processing
- Prepare and submit accurate and efficient insurance claims on time
- Research and compare repair quotes to find cost-effective solutions for clients
- Maintain open communication and provide regular updates throughout the process
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience or in-depth knowledge of vehicle damage assessment and repair methodologies
- Understanding of insurance claim procedures and relevant documentation requirements
- Technical expertise in vehicle parts and structures is essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with attention to detail, are necessary
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
- Customer-focused approach and service-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the automotive, insurance, or rental industries would be advantageous
