Achieving divisional primary targets and ensuring they meet or exceed secondary targets is crucial.

Maximizing prescriptions will increase market share.

Ensuring zero stock expiry by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation.

Sharing competitor and market information with the ABM and Division in a timely manner.

Developing strong relationships with customers and Stockists through regular visits as per defined frequency.

Prioritizing doctors appropriately and meeting them at the right frequency to ensure optimal engagement.

Leveraging managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage with important customers and strengthen relationships.

Planning and monitoring new product introductions, stocking according to plan, and tracking sales progress.

Providing timely updates about new products to Stockists.

Daily reporting of field work in the assigned online system.

Organizing CMEs as per division strategy and customer needs.

Generating POBs for Abbott brands as per business plan.

We are seeking an individual with the following experience:

At least 2 years of experience

Freshers with good communication skills and analytical skills may also be considered.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field

Masters' degree in any field
