
Territory Loan Manager

- A Territory Loan Manager in Ahmedabad for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for sales growth, sourcing management, and portfolio quality for these loan products within a defined geographic region.
Key Responsibilities
- Source loans for PL, BL, HL, LAP through DSAs, DSTs, and existing channel partners; build and manage a high-quality loan portfolio.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for territory growth, working with field teams and channel partners to maximize business volumes.
- Train, guide, and motivate a local sales team, supporting process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with DSAs, brokers, and key market influencers to ensure a robust sourcing pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and documentation standards, and maintain a focus on minimizing delinquency and rejection rates.
- Monitor market trends and competition, provide feedback, and identify new business opportunities within the Ahmedabad region.
- Generate regular reports on territory performance, channel effectiveness, and business forecasting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree required; 5–10 years of experience in retail lending/channel management preferred.
- Strong sales leadership, relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of secured and unsecured loan products and lending processes.
- Highly target-driven, with strong compliance and customer service orientation.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
