Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Loan Relationship Manager based in Gujarat, India. The Digital Loan Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the digital loan portfolio, assessing loan applications, conducting credit analysis, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory norms, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The candidate will also be required to identify new business opportunities and participate in the design of digital loan products.
Qualifications
- Loan Management, Credit Analysis, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience with Digital Loan Products and Financial Services
- Regulatory and Compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Gujarat, India
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in microfinance or financial services industry is a plus
