Role Overview: You will be responsible for acquiring New to Bank Business Banking MSME relationships through the CRM and Knowledge Banking approach. Additionally, you will be tasked with building the Asset Book by offering Working Capital Facilities and Term Loans to MSME Clients. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire New to Bank Business Banking MSME relationships by utilizing the CRM and Knowledge Banking approach - Engage regularly with colleagues in Branch Banking and MSME Associations Office Bearers to meet a minimum of 2 MSME Clients daily - Build the Asset Book by extending Working Capital Facilities and Term Loans to MSME Clients - Develop the Liability Book by offering Current Accounts, Saving Accounts, and Fixed Deposits along with various Trade and Transaction products like Cash Management Services, Trade, and Treasury Products - Increase Book Profitability and Client stickiness by cross-selling POS (Merchants) Machines, Salary Accounts for employees, Insurance (both Life and Non-Life), and other Wealth Management Products - Collaborate with Risk, Operations, and service teams to ensure better TAT of Loans delivery and smooth client onboarding - Meet both bottom line and top line targets by consistently enhancing productivity Qualifications Required: - Define performance goals with the reporting manager at the beginning of the year and ensure their achievement - Take ownership of your learning agenda by identifying development needs and working towards bridging the gaps - Understand and display relevant competencies for the role effectively - Stay updated on professional/industry developments, new techniques, and current issues through continuous education and professional networks,
