Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Gujarat, India. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing financial advice, and meeting sales targets. The role involves understanding client needs, offering tailored financial solutions, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth transactions, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial knowledge including understanding of lending products such as SME Lending, LAP, Construction Finance, Loan against Securities
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Good problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
