Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include customer interaction, policy management, troubleshooting client issues, and collaborating with team members to meet sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining client relationships
- Sales and marketing expertise with a focus on customer satisfaction
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services
- Problem-solving skills to effectively address client needs and concerns
- Proficiency in using digital tools and apps for managing client interactions
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
