We are seeking passionate and driven professionals for the position of Relationship Manager (RM) / Senior Relationship Manager (SRM). This is an individual contributor, field sales role responsible for agent partner onboarding and insurance business generation across Motor, Life, and Health insurance categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and recruit agent partners within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to drive consistent insurance sales (Motor, Life & Health).
- Conduct field visits for agent engagement, training, and market development.
- Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets/
- Perform monthly goal setting with partners and break down the plan into weekly targets to consistently achieve overall sales objectives.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and provide necessary training to agent partners.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Agency/Channel sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and target-based responsibilities.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independentlyas an individual contributor.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Incentives: Lucrative performance-based incentives on target achievement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹450, ₹650,000.00 per year
