Objective:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Two-Wheeler Loan business at the city/territory level. The role involves managing on-ground sales operations, building dealer relationships, and ensuring effective implementation of sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive two-wheeler loan sales within the assigned territory by working closely with dealers and channel partners.
- Onboard and manage relationships with local dealerships, sub-dealers, and sales agents to generate leads and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets related to loan disbursals, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Promote cross-sell opportunities by educating dealers and customers on the company's full suite of financial products.
- Ensure consistent engagement with channel partners to maintain productivity and service quality.
- Execute local marketing and promotional campaigns in coordination with regional and central teams.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to share insights with management.
- Ensure timely documentation, system updates, and adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Provide regular updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities to reporting managers.
- Support training and capability-building initiatives for dealer sales staff
Qualifications
- MBA with 1 year of Sales Experience in TW
- NBFC/Banking Experience
- Strong dealer/channel management skills and understanding of local markets.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
