Job Title: Pharmaceutical Territory Business ManagerAs a Territory Business Manager in the Pharmaceutical sector, you will drive sales growth and market development within your assigned territory. You will manage distributor networks, develop customer engagement plans, and ensure achievement of sales and ethical objectives aligned with the business strategy.Key Responsibilities:- Develop monthly and quarterly sales and trade activation plans to achieve sales targets.
- Plan demand generation, fulfillment, and monitor actual sales performance for company products.
- Conduct prescription audits for competitor brands to identify opportunities for growth.Business Generation & Development:- Achieve sales targets through ethical promotion of company products, including conducting scientific discussions with doctors and chemists to drive product adoption.
- Organize CMEs, trade activations, and clinics for brand visibility, execute merchandising, sampling, and promotional activities as per division strategy.Customer Management:- Ensure 100% coverage of assigned doctors and chemists, collect market intelligence, and manage retailer-level inventory to ensure alignment with product and marketing strategy.Brand Management:- Drive brand visibility at retail outlets in line with promotion strategy, plan and participate in retail meets, market blitzes, and other brand-building activities.Desired Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Management (preferred).
- 3-6 years of sales/territory management experience in Pharma/FMCG/Healthcare sector.
- Strong planning and execution skills with ability to achieve sales targets,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
