Monolithics Production Leader

  • Ensure timely production of Monolithics as per despatch and S&OP team instructions.
  • Plan and coordinate production activities to meet RM requirements for PPC Team.
  • Manage mass balance of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Coordinate smooth operation and process control of equipment.
  • Interact with stores for consumable materials (packing, chemicals, tools, safety items).
  • Conduct job-specific trainings including safety protocols.
  • Meet statutory and regulatory norms for factory inspections, stock taking audits, etc.
  • Adhere to IMS standards in processes and maintain documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs and Opex initiatives.
  • Engage in day-to-day activities of Crushing & Grinding circuit.
  • Understand various KPIs related to production.
  • Interact with internal & external stakeholders.

SAP - PP Module Operation

  • Create production orders for Monolithics in SAP.
  • Confirm production orders.
  • Monitor stock levels of Monolithics Line Finished Goods and raw materials in SAP.
  • Control costs (raw materials, labor, power, depreciation, packing costs, etc.) and analyze product costs.
  • Allocate manpower in SAP using correct cost centers.
  • Assign electrical power in SAP using correct cost centers.

Reports:

  • Generate daily production data reports for Monolithics line.
  • Prepare monthly files for Monolithics production, weighment reports, etc.
  • Compile headcount reports.
  • Reconcile monthly billing with contractors.

Quality-Related Tasks

  • Follow quality control instructions.
  • Verify product packaging details and analyze batching reports.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Team for smooth online/offline testing of products.

Projects and Initiatives

  • Implement new projects as required.
  • Execute production trials and prepare reports.
  • Develop dashboards for shop floor operations.

Developmental Jobs and OPEX

  • Implement OPEX action plans.
  • Sustain 5S practices.
  • Initiate KAIZEN initiatives and report progress.
  • Lead quality circle activities for specific projects.

Statutory Compliance and EHS Activities

  • Document IMS and ISO 50001 system compliance.
  • Audit and ensure EHS guidelines are followed.
