Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Site Coordinator. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as ceramic, metallurgy, or mechanical engineering, and a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
  • They will also have knowledge of casting processes and equipment, as well as experience with quality control and assurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of contract workmen, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet performance targets.
  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including planning, execution, and maintenance of cast house runner management related jobs.
  • Safety: Ensure the team follows all safety protocols and maintains a safe working environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and report on the performance of runners, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring their expectations are exceeded and Calderys brand image is enhanced.

Requirements:

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Diploma/B.Tech in Ceramic/Metallurgy/Mechanical.
    • Any degree with min 1 years of relevant experience.
    • Knowledge of casting processes and equipement.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with quality and control and assurance.
    • Leadership and team management skills.
    • Certification in engineering or quality management.
