Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Site Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
  • Operational Planning: Plan and coordinate daily operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of staff members to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Ceramic/Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
