Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our cast house runners. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to take charge and lead a team to success.
- Maintaining Safety Protocols: Ensure all team members adhere to Calderys safety rules and regulations.
- Day-to-Day Planning: Plan, coordinate, and execute daily operations to meet campaign targets and customer expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze ThermoCouple trends and performance metrics to optimize runner reliability and efficiency.
- Housing Management: Maintain site cleanliness and organization, adhering to SOPs for documentation and record-keeping.
- Repair and Maintenance: Implement efficient repair planning, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
- Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with fellow supervisors to implement best practices across sites.
- Resource Optimization: Effectively utilize available resources (manpower, equipment, materials) to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Training and Development: Train contract workmen and ensure they meet set goals and standards.
- Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance Calderys brand image.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Educational Background: Diploma in Ceramic/Metallurgy/Mechanical or relevant degree.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
