Job Description:

As a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic financial planning.

You will be responsible for working closely with senior management to develop and implement periodic forecasts and annual plans that align with the company's overall objectives. Your expertise in finance and analysis will enable you to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into revenue and cost aspects, ensuring informed decision-making at all levels.

To achieve this, you will work on reviewing actuals against plans on a monthly basis, including account analysis, and utilize your in-depth finance knowledge to create and analyze reports, metrics, and dashboards that impact financial performance.

Additionally, you will work on key internal and external presentations, analyzing and working with Excel and larger databases to provide timely insights as requested. You will also drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that positively impact the function, working closely with top management to deliver results.

Responsibilities include coordinating audit processes, performing peer benchmarking, and tracking performances of peers, while maintaining excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Achieving complete ownership of responsibilities given and driven to ensure closure of all deliverables in a timely manner are key expectations from this role.
