**Finance Director Opportunity**

We are seeking an accomplished finance professional to lead our financial operations, ensuring fiscal discipline and strategic financial planning. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction, and excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Budget Planning & Management: Developing and managing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive business growth.
  • Financial Advisory Services: Advising leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis to inform key business decisions.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure smooth financial operations.

In Addition, The Candidate Will:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll functions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PT, Income Tax) to maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and transparency.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 5–10 years of experience in financial management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and Excel to drive business results.
