Job Title: Finance Associate

We are seeking a skilled Finance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to provide efficient business establishment solutions.

The key responsibilities of this role include handling various aspects of financial compliance, statutory filings, and company incorporations. This includes preparing and managing documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking application status, coordinating with government authorities, guiding clients on statutory obligations, and supporting timely filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).

This role also involves assisting in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns, maintaining financial records, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards.

To be successful in this position, you will require a graduate or post-graduate degree from a commerce background, basic knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and the Companies Act, 2013, and working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

The ideal candidate should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented abilities, and eagerness to learn and grow in finance, compliance, and regulatory work.
