Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Finance Review Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance review process, ensuring compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies, and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in F&A. They should possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop remote teams.

The Finance Review Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about making an impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance review process, ensuring compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies.
  • Drive operational excellence, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of internal accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years of experience in F&A.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop remote teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel.
  • English proficiency.
