Financial Operations Specialist

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing financial processes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role involves overseeing statutory filings, income tax, TDS provisions, GST, and financial statement preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other government agencies.
- Monitor and stay updated on changes in the Companies Act, income tax, TDS provisions, GST, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any legal or compliance issues related to financial operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
