Job Title: Financial Operations Leader

The successful candidate will drive strategic and operational leadership of financial functions, ensuring compliance, profitability, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning.
  • Lead and manage accounts, payables/receivables, cost control, revenue optimization, and internal controls.
  • Review and analyze P&L, cash flows, and operational metrics specific to banqueting and catering projects.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulations.
  • Implement financial best practices, controls, and ERP systems tailored to banqueting/catering.
  • Partner with operations and sales teams to plan profitable events, track margins, and control expenses.
  • Support leadership in decision-making with clear financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Mentor and supervise the finance team; drive a culture of continuous process improvement and financial integrity.
  • Manage vendor contracts, payment cycles, and timely disbursements to suppliers and service partners.

Fundamental requirements include CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent, accompanied by experience in hospitality/banqueting/catering. Minimum 8–12 years of overall finance experience, encompassing at least 4 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in budgeting, compliance, MIS, financial modeling, event/catering cost controls is necessary.
