Leader of Financial Planning and Analysis

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to lead our finance organization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Oversee preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.
- Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
Requirements:
* CA/MBA (Fin) or equivalent experience
* Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
* Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership
* Experience in high-growth or startup environments and ideally in manufacturing
* Strong record of driving process improvements in FP&A
