Key Responsibilities:

As the Associate Vice President of Inside Sales Leadership at Innoplexus Consulting Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives across the US, APAC, and European markets.

  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of sales and Lead gen professionals across multiple locations in India, US, and Europe.
  • Establish and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales development, and delivery teams to create a seamless customer journey.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing data-driven strategies to increase revenue and productivity.

Lead Qualification and Conversion:
  • Handover to the sales team for proposal creation and take it forward.

Lead Qualification Criteria:
  • Define clear criteria for qualifying leads that align with our target customer profile.
  • Ensure a streamlined process for lead qualification and disqualification across all affiliate and associated ICPs.

Reporting and Governance:
  • Track progress and pipeline of Leads: Owner of daily reporting tracker sheet.
  • Lead daily update meeting to track cold outreach campaigns and conference leads.
  • Discuss qualified leads from past week and upcoming Discovery and scoping meetings for the week for preparedness.
  • Report planned vs. actual numbers against the set daily targets for each member.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in inside sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
