We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate/Assistant Vice President, Specialist, Product Sales to lead our Product Sales team in India. This is a challenging opportunity for a results-driven individual to drive business growth, manage relationships, and develop new strategies to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Originate new business and grow existing customer relationships across Trade Finance and Cash Management products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of DBS Bank's products, services, and market offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Maintain a strong risk management mindset to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with customer relationships and sales strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective pipeline management, sales forecasting, and customer relationship management.
- 8-15 years of post-qualification experience in sales, product management, or a related field, with a strong background in Trade Finance and Cash Management.
- Proven track record of business growth, relationship management, and sales strategy development.
- Strong risk management skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with customer relationships and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
