Job Title: Senior Vice President, Product Management

At BNY Mellon, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Product Management team in Treasury Services. As Senior Vice President, Product Management, you'll be responsible for developing and launching new products that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance existing product offerings to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Lead new product development and rollouts, including feasibility studies, business cases, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop product and sales training programs to equip go-to-market teams with in-depth product knowledge.
  • Track performance against strategic and revenue objectives through regular business reviews with senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the product suite and platform operating model requirements, including product roadmaps and development, commercialization, and operational activities.
  • Act as a subject-matter-expert and key liaison with sales, relationship management, proposals, and business development teams to win new business and retain existing clients.
  • Lead day-to-day management, product maintenance, and issue resolution with technology, operations, client services, marketing, risk, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in liquidity and cash management to ensure BNY Mellon's Treasury Services offerings remain market-leading.
  • Use data and analytical tools to inform key product decisions and recommendations.
  • Ensure all control measures are in place and maintained to meet risk, compliance, and audit standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, corporate banking, transaction banking, or treasury services.
  • Experience in developing and launching new products, preferably in cash and liquidity management.
  • Experience with virtual accounts is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Track record of senior and client interaction and presentation experience.
