We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will be the primary contact for customers on technical issues and product queries.

About the Role:
  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical incidents in a timely manner.
  • Contact and resolve customer issues within service level agreements.
  • Document customer incidents with troubleshooting, root cause, and resolution information.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a product support role interacting with English-speaking customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good troubleshooting acumen.
  • Passion for technology and ability to learn technical concepts.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure scenarios.
  • Proficient in technical problem-solving methodologies.
  • Effective communication of technical details to all audiences.
Technical Requirements:
  • Frontend: Proficiency in Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, and JQuery.
  • Backend: Experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, and JAVA.
  • Database: Working knowledge of SQL queries and one or more of Mongo, Postgresql, or NoSQL DB.
  • Networking: Basic networking concepts and Linux terminal commands.
