We are seeking an accomplished Sales & Operations Planning professional to drive business growth through strategic planning and team leadership.
As a seasoned leader, you will have a proven track record of success in managing cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- 8+ years of experience leading S&OP functions with strong knowledge of end-to-end planning (Demand, Supply, Inventory).
- Proven team leadership and people management experience.
- Hands-on expertise in digital planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro or IBP.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems: SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
