We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team at Tech Mahindra.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer requests, resolving technical issues, and providing timely solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide expert technical support for end-user devices, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Support activities include accepting IT break-fix requests from customers, providing issue resolution, or escalating the issue to the appropriate team.
  • First-line help desk; resolve basic level 1 and some level 2 issues, including remotely troubleshooting hardware and software issues (typically Windows, Mac OS, Android Phone Support, etc.).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Freshers or experienced professionals with relevant experience in customer service and technical support.
