Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CXONE Support Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support for Nice CXONE related Incidents and Service Requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective L1 support for Nice CXONE related issues
- Handle calls, provide support, troubleshoot, and ensure customer satisfaction using various channels (Voice, Chat, Email, and Web)
- Experience with Nice CXONE contact center solution is essential
- Troubleshoot Access, Call, License, and Performance-related issues
- Leverage knowledgebase to resolve issues and route tickets to respective support groups
- Possess ITIL Certification
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Familiarity with Nice CXONE contact center solution
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
