
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our brand and services, identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads based on their needs and business goals, and scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales team.
You will maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless collaboration with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and conversion process.
Requirements- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) enabling effective client interactions and relationship building.
- Proven experience working with clients in various industries, demonstrating adaptability and a customer-centric approach.
- Confidence and resilience in making cold calls and handling objections, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
