About the PositionThis is a dynamic position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer calls with confidence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating customer relationship management software and making outbound calls daily, verifying and screening customer data, capturing additional information, and assessing customer interest in our products.
Responsibilities:- Update CRM software and make outbound calls on a daily basis.
- Verify and screen customer data for accuracy.
- Capture additional information and assess customer interest in our products.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken English communication skills.
- The successful candidate must be comfortable working US shift timings.
