We are seeking a skilled professional to drive quality improvement in an international voice process.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be proficient in analyzing data, driving improvement, and innovation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving continuous improvement for transaction quality and delivery
  • Managing claim quality and client-related KPIs
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of TQ interventions
  • Strengthening quality management processes and frameworks to improve quality delivery
  • Accurately capturing SLA/SLO metrics, reporting needs of all clients, and setting up/customizing processes to meet client expectations
  • Generating and implementing out-of-the-box ideas and process improvement initiatives in the account
  • Driving process control and compliance, managing audit requirements, and ensuring huddle, feedback, and refresher processes are in place and followed efficiently
  • Supporting quality and compliance teams to perform COPC, FMEA, PFCU, and other audits and follow-ups based on observations/misses highlighted
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in an international voice process in an international BPO
  • Strong working knowledge of TTQ (Training; Transaction Quality) systems, tools, and technologies
  • Excellent transactional quality domain knowledge
  • Good working knowledge of quality matrices
