Regional Sales Manager Neurovascular

Stryker India Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Neurovascular team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement state sales plans to enhance business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with internal teams and marketing to achieve set targets.
- Partner with dealers, surgeons, and distributors to increase market share and drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Build strong business relationships with key industry players and stakeholders.
- Provide solutions for customers and add value to the sales process through negotiations.
- Identify competitive issues and opportunities and provide credible market and customer feedback.
- Devise and implement sales strategies, dealer management strategies, and development plans to ensure yearly objectives are met.
- Plan, prepare, and follow up sales forecasts and budgets.
- Lead the sales team and train team members as needed.
- Process optimization with regards to billing, invoices, creditors, shipments, and dealers.
- Implement inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stocks and achieve reduction in inventory management cost.
- Ensure schedule and compliance adherence to various laid-out processes and take action in cases of lapses by team members.
- Graduate/Post-graduate/MBA in any discipline.
- At least 10-15 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the medical capital industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years of people management experience.
- Proven record in sales management, channel management, and key account management.
- Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles in their discipline.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with good negotiation and communications skills.
- Strong business sense and ability to understand basic financials.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
- Drive and assertiveness for results.
- Ready to take responsibilities and lead territory with minimal supervision.
- Mature to manage complex negotiations independently.
- Ability to discuss concepts and products with top professionals and inspire great confidence in surgeons.
- Ability to build loyalty in customers through trust, reliability, and high-level commitment.
