Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - India

At Snibe, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand our regional market presence by identifying and developing new business opportunities with potential customer groups.
  • Conduct product training and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and manage key accounts.
  • Support assigned distributors to ensure alignment with our sales strategy and target.
  • Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities at the local market level using sales tools and applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as medical, bio-medical, or human science.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in the IVD and medical device fields.
  • Experience accessing both public and private markets.
  • Ability to work anywhere in India, with flexibility to discuss specific locations.
