Regional Sales Manager Neurovascular

At Stryker India Private Limited, we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Neurovascular team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing state sales plans to enhance business performance, leading the sales team to achieve set targets, and collaborating with dealers, surgeons, and distributors to increase market share and profitability.

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide solutions for customers and add value to the sales process through negotiations.
- Identify competitive issues and provide credible market and customer feedback.
- Devise and implement sales strategies to ensure yearly objectives are met.
- Plan and prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post-graduate/MBA in any discipline.
- Business Unit: Neurovascular.
Experience:
- At least 10-15 years sales and marketing experience, preferably in the medical capital industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years of people management experience.
- Proven record of sales management, channel management, and key account management.
