
Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to join our team in Goa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Goa region.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the internal team to meet delivery timelines and resolve client queries.
- Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industry type.
- Strong technical understanding of specific product line.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the Goa territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
