
Driving Revenue Growth Specialist

This role focuses on driving revenue growth and increasing sales volume for designated client accounts. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for managing commercial expectations, identifying opportunities for growth, and enhancing customer relationships.
">">Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets for assigned client accounts
- Manage and maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure their commercial expectations are met
- Identify and execute opportunities for business growth, leveraging existing and new markets
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Delhivery's market position is optimized
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Inside Sales, preferably in a logistics or transportation context
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, including Excel and PivotTables
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
