Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Growth Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce growth strategies to drive revenue acceleration for prominent consumer appliance companies.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce or category management with top consumer brands, proven success in driving aggressive online revenue growth, and strong expertise in digital merchandising, marketplace management, performance marketing, and channel analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies to achieve 2x-3x revenue targets using digital performance analytics and best practices
- Optimize product listings, digital merchandising, and conversion funnels to maximize visibility and sales both on marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels
- Drive digital marketing campaigns, refine pricing and promotion strategies, and guide media investments for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver business objectives
- Adopt cutting-edge tools and technologies for personalization, customer experience, and operational efficiency
- Analyze channel performance, identify trends, and provide insights to inform leadership decisions
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of e-commerce or category management experience with top consumer brands
- Proven success in driving aggressive online revenue growth, ideally in the consumer goods or appliances sectors
- Strong expertise in digital merchandising, marketplace management, performance marketing, and channel analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and project leadership skills
