Product Development Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and assembling products using CAD tools, including UG NX, Creo, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.

  1. Design and Assembly: Utilize CAD software to design and assemble products, ensuring precise specifications and timely delivery.
  2. Manufacturing Process Understanding: Develop in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and collaborate with suppliers to ensure seamless component release and documentation.
  3. Change Management: Effectively receive, adapt, and communicate changes from parent organizations to stakeholders.
  4. Audit Compliance: Ensure internal and external ISO audit compliance through documentation and process adherence.
  5. FMEA Analysis: Conduct FMEA analysis on applicable products to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  6. Product Testing: Perform product type testing to meet customer requirements and ensure quality standards.
  7. Order Management: Load and design orders for production, releasing production BOM as needed.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in a similar role
  • Education: Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
  • Communication Skills: Professional English written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills
  • Technical Skills: Basic/advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Personality Traits: Great teammate, flexible approach, agile, resilient, and sincere
