Job Title:

Strategic HR Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Leader to lead our Human Resources function, focusing on strategic hiring, talent management, employee engagement, and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lateral Hiring: Close strategic positions by sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent.
  • Talent Management: Handle onboarding procedures, orientation, and development programs for freshers and existing employees.
  • HR Policies: Implement and maintain fair HR policies in line with statutory provisions and company SOPs.
  • Compensation Structures: Develop and implement equitable compensation structures and appraisal procedures.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize regular team-building activities, fun events, and festival celebrations to boost morale.
  • Payroll and Attendance: Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records of approximately 50 employees.
  • Grievances and Exit Procedures: Handle employee grievances and exit procedures, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • HR Metrics: Analyze HR trends and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Admin Supervision: Supervise the Admin Department, ensuring compliance with security protocols, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Audits and Training: Participate in HR audits and conduct training and development programs for department heads and employees.
  • Quarterly Performance Management: Conduct quarterly performance reviews and satisfaction surveys to ensure employee happiness.

Qualifications and Experience:

We require a highly skilled Strategic HR Leader with an MBA in HR and minimum 3 years of experience managing significant HR functions. Previous experience in the automobile industry is an added advantage.
