Job purpose:

To support the HR department in day-today operations including recruitment, employee relations, documentations, and policy implementation to ensure smooth human resource management.

Key responsibilities:

· Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing/ screening, coordinating interview).

· Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

· Manage onboarding and exit formalities.

· Handle employee attendance, leave management, and queries.

· Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication.

· Support performance appraisal processes and feedback cycles.

· Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications required:

· BBA/MBA in HR or equivalent qualifications

· 0-2 years of experience in HR operations

· Familiarity with HRMS tools is preferred

Skills required:

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
