About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Industrial Relations function across Odisha. The successful candidate will foster harmonious industrial relations, ensure legal compliance, and support organizational productivity and stability. This pivotal role involves strategic implementation of IR practices, stakeholder engagement, and team capability development to create a positive and compliant work environment. Key responsibilities include fostering uniform IR strategies, building and maintaining a seamless IR network, coordinating with state government authorities and labour agencies, managing industrial disputes, developing IR intelligence, overseeing vigilance and disciplinary processes, and enhancing team capabilities through targeted development initiatives. Ideal candidates possess a strong understanding of company policies and labour laws, excellent analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, leadership capabilities to manage and develop teams, knowledge of latest IR developments, and the ability to act as a change agent and drive organizational harmony. Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications: Graduate / B.Tech with MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.

Experience: 18 to 23 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, or HR leadership roles.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and team management skills, strategic planning and implementation skills, time management and organization skills, adaptability and flexibility, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
