Post Sales Marketing Executive - Road Construction Sapco Bitumen Company Ltd Location Odisha Covered Area-Mayurbhanj Keonjhar Balasore Bhadrak Jajpur Reports To Sales Manager Business Development Manager Salary 15 000 - per month Position Overview We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the road construction industry The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our construction materials services and solutions to contractors and private sector clients The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of road construction Key Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis Research market trends competitive landscape and customer needs to inform sales strategies Stay updated on industry regulations new technologies and innovations in road construction Sales and Business Development Identify and generate new business opportunities within the road construction sector Promote and sell the company s construction materials services and solutions Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Collaboration Work closely with the marketing engineering and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and opportunities Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Business Administration or a related field preferred Experience 2-4 years of experience in sales business development or project management in the construction industry preferably road construction Skills Strong knowledge of road construction processes materials and services Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
