">We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the sales contracting team, ensuring efficient and effective contracting processes.
">Key Responsibilities include:
">- ">
- Working with Sales team leaders to simplify and optimize the contracting process">
- Ensuring robust commercial contract processes through collaboration with Sales and Legal teams">
- Tracking and reporting on contract renewals, pricing amendments, and attrition">
- Managing Salesforce adoption and adherence among the Sales Team">
- Coordinating with internal auditors and statutory auditors for timely audit closures">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.com) or equivalent, along with an MBA/ICWA/CA qualification. They should have a proven track record in commercial and contracts management roles.
">Desirable Skills and Qualifications include:

- A minimum of 12 years of experience in similar roles">
- Strong communication and influencing skills">
- Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team">
- Flexible mindset and problem-solving skills">

Compensation:
">The estimated salary for this role is ₹20-30 lakhs per annum, depending on location and experience.
