The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales or account management experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability. They will also have excellent time-management skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of data analysis and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day business relationships with vendors, negotiating costs, promotional opportunities, and other business inputs.
  • Conduct vendor analysis and make recommendations for initiatives that optimize business growth and selection expansion opportunities.
  • Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and translate those insights into actions to drive long-term growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, adhering to demanding timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for systematic process improvement and drive those improvements at scale.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each managed account
  • Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms
  • Experience in people management
