As a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the US market. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with key decision-makers in named enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect within named enterprises to generate pipelines and meet sales quotas.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to consistently achieve license and recurring service revenue targets from named accounts.
  • Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Leverage Whatfix's prospecting and sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain open lines of communication to ensure timely sharing of relevant information.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including partnerships, sales development, and solutions consulting.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-12 years of direct selling experience to international enterprises, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of prospecting and generating opportunities with cloud application buyers.
  • Experience in account planning, opportunity management, and running a sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and related CRM applications.
  • Strong executive presence, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products at industry events.
  • Outbound experience, including cold calls, emails, and events within prospect organizations.
  • Capacity to identify prospect triggers and pain points through thoughtful questioning.
  • Ability to learn and speak the language of the prospect's business, understanding what drives success.
  • Capacity to educate prospects using insights they may not have been aware of.
  • Self-motivation to run product demos independently.
  • Discipline to meet sales productivity requirements.
  • Experience using prospecting tools, such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Outreach.
