Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned business growth expert to join our team as a Senior Seller Consultant - Business Development. This role will be responsible for driving aggressive growth through scalable recruitment strategies and providing consulting advice to sellers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with experience in analyzing competitive landscapes and developing effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and develop data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Recruit top talent sellers based on strategic business plans to drive growth.
  • Support sellers' launch and sales growth through consulting advice and guidance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on personal and team key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and deliver short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Improve seller onboarding experience and team effectiveness by leading key programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree.
  • At least 2 years of business development or related experience.
